Interesting bit of telly for a change . . . . . . anyone know if there is going to be more of the same

A very reasonable selection, considering that it came on commercial film.

I had forgotten that the London docks were as active in the '60s and that some old narrowboat families were still living and working on them. Some younger people who believe that life only started in the 80s might be surprised by the crowds at the Boat Show and at Henley.

I've been watching the series for at least the last couple of weeks, and it was first broadcast a year or two ago now
