mate of mine just bought a Binliner 2655 Ciera Sunbridge, it has 2 water tanks one small, one large with seperate filling points, but the domestics empty the small one only, he cant find a switch over valve anywhere, any ideas, you would have thought that if another had been fitted to increase capacity it would have been linked without the need for seperate filler or switch over, or is this standard fit?

Are you sure that one is not the holding tank, I have 2 tanks on my Maxum cruiser, exactly the same as each other, one for water and one for waste.

Regards

Derek

Send Syd a PM., his previous boat was one of them although I doubt if he ever used the water tanks. He never washes and only drinks alcohol... preferably Meths.

Sorry didn't read the other posts before posting my reply. My last boat was a 2655, never saw the water tank but certainly didn't have two filler caps.

If you don't get any joy on here, try thr Bayliners Owners Club website

BOC-Web.Org (I think)

pissing on deck

<<4 fillers on deck, 2x water, 1x waste ,1x fuel>>

Excuse my pedantry, but the deck filler for the waste tank is actually an emptier. If your mate uses it as a filler he will likely be arrested :)
