Bavaria yacht named \"Shinay\"
Trying to trace the owner of this yacht which was being used for training at Shamrock Quay on Tuesday. The trainee misjudged his berthing and hit my boat on the way in. The instructor came over and apologised, and said it was only a rubbing strake mark and would polish out, however on closer inspection its actually put a 6 inch gouge in the gel coat. I've no doubt the instructor/owner will do the decent thing, and that he genuinely thought it was only a mark, but they left before I had a chance to check it or take any details.
