I am looking at the possibility of hingeing the helm seat on my Bavaria 30 Cruiser.
The seat sits in a recess in the cockpit and has a raised combing aft.
Has anyone fitted a hinge to this yype of seat ?
From studying the seat, it would need to lift and then tilt to clear the raised section of the combing.
Just wondering if anyone else has undertaken this project and what type of hardware was used.
