Fairline turbo 36 for sale on boats and outboards asking 45k.bargain for someone?
Reading loads of the old posts....if you took old git with you could be yours for 20k!!

Some very depressing prices out there at the moment but there will be a reason why its cheap, probably the small engine option those have always been difficult to sell.

A single new replacement engine for that boat would probably cost around £ 35K + vat and one presumes you would also like it out of its packing case and in your boat at some point so add a bit of labour.Even going down the s/h route will still be 50% of boat value.
It will not be impossible if you look hard enough to get a reasonable boat for that money but as for some of the prices being asked by brokers.......they are having a larf !

Think it was on ebay recently, but auction ended early, no details, text said to ring owner for info.

New carpets, curtains etc,bit of tlc,run it around at displacement speed if it's the twin 165hp option.still a cheap boat for someone.prices are v.depressing, when if ever will things improve??moonraker 36,15k,Apollo duck!

Considering some of the shipwrecks that we went to see where people were asking 30-50K for a Moonraker 36,hate to imagine the state a 15K boat must be in.
Some of the worst stuff we ever saw were some real malodourous livaboards down in Brighton marina and some well past their sink by date rotten rusty hulks up on the Norfolk Broads.
Although there is some old rubbish masquerading as restorable boats on the Thames at least it was better quality rubbish than elsewhere,if over priced.
