Baltic Chart Plotters

I am shortly doing 2 or 3 trips from Gt Yarmouth to Karlskrona and back.
Karlskrona is on the Baltic coast of Sweden and I am going by way of the Keil Canal. Does any one know of chart plotting software which I can use on my laptop to cover the southern Baltic?

I may have to deviate by way of the Skaggerak in case I cannot return Via the canal.

I live and work in Blatic and I use : Seaclear written by a Swedish guy and also Maxsea with Mapmedia.
Any PC package will do it - it's actually the chart format you wish to use that will determine choice.

Alternatively you can buy the NV-Verlag paper charts for the area (Sportsschiffahrtskarten). In the pack is a CDROM with the charts in digital form, as well as a free chartplotter program - a very good one. Also in the pack is a guidebook for all the harbours. Not bad value for 60 euros.

And have you thought of the Limfiord rather than the Skaggerak?
