ballast

Would the PTE and GTE be the initials for the words, without any translation, for either deep keel or shallow keel, the shallow keel being the heavier? What is the boat?

Would it be this one by any chance?
If so the First 405 could be bought with a deep keel at 7 feet 6 inches draft or a shallow keel of about 5 feet 4 inches. The latter obviously had to be heavier. The puzzle is that the only other 405 with its ballast weight quoted that I can find on line is in the USA and quotes ballast of 7694 lbs, which is about 3490 kilos, and it is a deep draft boat. There is something wrong somewhere here, so the only thing to do is ask the broker to explain. (Which may tell you whether the broker knows diddley-squat about the boat he is selling)
