Bad Fuel

Yes, it's me again!

Where should I avoid buying fuel from in the Solent? I've heard of somewhere up the Hamble that has bad (but cheap) fuel.

I've been moored on the Hamble for years and never heard of bad but cheap fuel. There are 2 fuel sellers, one near Port Hamble marina and the other at Warsash Marine opposite Hamble Point. I use both regularly but the latter mainly because they're a bit cheaper (about 24 p/l for quantity) and I've never had a fuel problem

I agreed, never had any bad fuel from any location on the Hamble
