We are getting new power poles with pin code like the ones in Chichester. They let send you a text when your power has tripped, if you have been unplugged or if your credit is getting low.

Can't wait to see how Lisa reacts to not just being unplugged but then getting a text to rub it in further.

Don't think there will be a inch of land that will have avoided the digger bucket by the end of 2015.

Yes jimmy it has.

The parking where my boat is/was is going in favour of waterfront cafe/ business units. The area east of that will be housing. The access walkway is being removed making the distance to walk to A pontoon a lot further along with parking further away from the bridge heads. I'd imagine it will be another ocean village site but with all the developments being a lot closer to the berths of X and A pontoon.

It has made sense to move the hoist dock and diesel pontoon to the other end of the yard and has created a waiting pontoon of suitable size for much larger boats. A shame really as I like the end of A pontoon as you can look right down the Hamble from the flybridge and its the quiet end of the marina. Also always a good look at all the new Princess stock when it arrives.

I'm never one to get in the way of development but the moorin charges have already gone up over last years subs , all for a new toilet lock that is far away from A pontoon suiting more the users on C, D and E pontoon. Hence I'm looking elsewhere , I have other reasons as well but not for open discussion.

Not really, sights still set on phantom 43 and princess 42, if the France deal had worked I'd have had Princess v46 sat on A 35 but it didn't work out, not my fault it was repossessed!!
