B.C.Y.A. Rally 09... A great success...

Hello everyone, the B.C.Y.A. Rally went off very well last weekend and many thanks go to the 70 boats who attended, without doubt it was due to your support that it was such a success, there were a few more boats registered but due to a bit of a dodgy forecast were probably put off I would think, once again many thanks... The boys and I really enjoyed it despite the lousy weather Saturday night. Have to congratulate the band for at least giving it a go despite the weather .Party on the lightship was a highlight for me chatting with people from all round the channel.

Suspect it may have been a bit wet and wild on the way home for some people.OK for our 10 minute motor across the bay though .

Thanks to the organisers, we had a good time.

We left on Saturday AM as the weather was forecast to be a bit crumby, as it happened it turned out OK
