B&B near Loch Lomond

Any recomendations for a clean and pleasant B&B nesr Loch Lomond for relatives heading North?

We stayed at Waterside Edge a number of years ago and were very happy.

Try McGregorslanding.co.uk they're up at Ardlui and offer en-suite facilities etc, at very reasonble prices (even got a small jetty /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Have stayed at Lodge on the Loch, not a B&B, but lovely lochside position, costs a bit more, but worth a look www.loch-lomond.co.uk

Another idea, try www.laterooms.com, look under Glasgow Hotels and look for Inverbeg Inn.

Thanks for your suggestions. I should have been a little more specific in that they just want one night, passing through.
They've got fixed up at The Drovers Inn at Ardlui (being winter it's safer to go somewhere that does an evening meal)

(We have a 12 o'clock curfew. Like very many other small accomodation providers. Bonking isn't a problem unless you do it to Abba at full volume at 3 in the morning, or in the breakfast room)

Reckon it is.
I don't know if its changed since I stayed there... bedroom decor is Jacobite, to say the least. Bare floorboards and the four-poster dipped in the middle.
Very atmospheric.
