Avon Inflateable

Hi,
I have an ancient 8' Avon inflateable (AVB67734M78B) which has the clip on rack for the outboard and is perfectly adequate as a tender.
I wonder if anyone has a floor plan drawing, or any other details to help me make a new floor for it as the old one is too far gone.
Alternatively, a cheap second or third hand one would do!

Can't you simply measure the floor shape and cut one out of 3/8 ply in 3 pieces about 1'' smaller, making holes in the right places for the thwart ties, or am I missing the point.

I think the edges were chamfered in some way, and I would like to try get the exact shape to get the best fit if possible.
But if this doesn't work, then yes I will have to have measure and make one up.
