Auxiliary outboard bracket

I am on the lookout for an auxiliary outboard bracket that swings down to a vertical position from a horizontal fixing. The only ones I can find swing down from a vertical fixing and I want to fit one onto my swim platform. It only needs to be suitable for up to a 5hp motor.
Any advise?

I achieved this by using 2 brackets, 1 to mount on the platform, and then a standard swing down bracket attached to this.

Perhaps have a conventional vertical lift type of bracket modified , replacing the normal straight mounting pieces with right angled brackets.
