I know nothing about motor boats, but 2 x 320hp engines doesn't sound enough to do 110 mph.

It will never happen, we have a 27ft stepped hull rib which weighs less than their proposal and it has V10 Dodge Viper 700hp motor with a high performance race drive and it manages 65 knots, and they are talking of almost 100 knots on 640hp with the weight of two engines and the drag of two drives, dream on!
Looking at the pics I can't see how they are going to get two V8's in the back when it looks pretty full with the one motor in the artists impression.
