got a mark 1 (think its a Mk 1) aries windvane for sale, before I advertise, just looking for some idea of price to advertise it at. condition is OK for its age, approx 1980

I sold an Aries a month or so back.
Going rate seems to be around £1000 to £1200.
I had two offers through this site's classified forum of £500 for my oldish Aries in VCG but with fixed (not lifting) servo blade, however sold it from advert elsewhere for £1100.
A newish looking Aries (probably the Danish version) went for £1200 (asking price) on eBay a month or so ago.
