Barry, I am a member of the Leisure Owners Association and can let you have the details of a support member based in Western Solent if that is helpful. There are approx 500 members and I'm sure a few must be down that way. I could also post an enquiry on their forum with your contact details if you would like to be a little more specific?
I have a Leisure 23sl on a swinging mooring in Suffolk.
