Anyone know of a stockist of Arbokol 1000 on central south coast or any web companies?

Peter Foulkes at the chandlery barge at Swanwick sometimes has it, worth a call to him before sailing over (unless you like rumaging in junk in which case check the forecast and set off).

Otherwise I think some of the Arbo seal products are used by the building trade so maybe look on the Arbo website for stockists.
