evry thing was ok at the hunstman so I was round at the barge cheking my mates Swordsman, you might hasve seen me up there putting his cover back on, was gonna check your boat but saw your car so did not bother, lunch in the WH was calling. Saw how the pontoon moved about, was quite impressive.

For sale, 1970 Triumph Spitfire-sold, 1947 Lambretta, 1922 Great grandmother, PM for details.

Just a bit - only just got back on-line as power has been off for the last 48 hours!
Checked the boat Sunday only to find the marina looking like a scene from a disaster movie - trees and branches everywhere, bin surrounds uprooted, flooding on some grassy parts and my boat, together with seven other boats and the pontoon, over at the wrong side of the basin!!
Funny thing was I was confident that the mooring lines were good and only went to check on the off chance that the mechanic had moved it in error - I was right, the lines were good, it was the pontoon that was dodgy!!
Fortunately there doesn't seem to be any damage - bit of a lucky escape methinks.
