Anyone see the Otter in Penarth Marina

According to rumours an otter has been spotted in Penarth Marina.

its probably a mink i have seen them in ely river also seen them on rumney river

We not infrequently see a mink on the pontoons at CBYC. Mind you it doesnt seem to have reduced the number of swan chicks.

There were mink living in one of the boats. Go to mermaid quay and you can spot beaver.

A mate of mine had a mink living in his folkboat in CYC,the mink had dragged lots of dead things onboard and made a bit of a mess,

I had heard that theres lots of beaver on Mermaid Quey,mostly on weekends it seems.

Tre4 and a few other forumites had beavers on their boats in mermaid quay. Only saw one on ours a few years ago at cbyc.
Luckilly my mate prodded it and havn't seen it since.

They must be Beaver magnets,

Sounded like there were a few on the pontoons at MQ on Saturday night, headed for the fisheries protection vessel moored near us.

Ah I thought that was the fisheries vessel
