Apologies if this has been covered, but it appears that Premiers acquisition of Boatfolk includes the south coast marinas only? In the comms from Premier Haslar, there is no mention of Portishead, Penarth, Conwy etc. Does this mean that the old Quay Marinas were excluded?

Sorry, I can’t see them in the link. Nor on the Premier App.
In the first paragraph it reference to the new group having 22 marinas, in the second it states 11 existing Premier ones and below that states 11 Boatfolk ones and then lists - including Bangor, Conwy, Deacons, East Cowes, Haslar, Penarth, Portishead, Portland, Rhu, Royal Quays and Weymouth.

It's interesting that Boatfolk used to advertise 11 marinas on it's website and now Haslar has been migrated over to the Premier site and the Boatfolk page now advertises 'stunning marinas across the UK' instead of mentioning it having 11 locations..

My guess would be that Premier will gradually migrate over the marinas it intends to retain onto the Premier website and then offload what it doesn't. For example Bangor (Boatfolk) where I am based has been running a rolling annual contract for the past couple of years whilst the tender situation is sorted. The tender now on offer is for 2 1/2 years from April 2026, so Premier have at this stage just inherited the remainder of Bangor's Boatfolk contract until the end of March. So they may continue in some capacity in Bangor, but there are no guarantees.
It's possibly Premier will retain the full set but I wouldn't be surprised if they offloaded any that didn't sit with their brand image / direction.

Premier have announced a rebranding of only the south coast marinas for 2026. I guess those of us Boatfolk berth holders who sail elsewhere are of little importance to them revenue or brand wise

As a Haslar berther, I only have a positive view on Premier to date. I have the new blue plip, which works at most marinas, except East Cowes and Portland, which will change in due course. My Premier fuel card is on its way. Fuel at cost, and does seem a decent saving. In addition, the great staff under Boatfolk, remain great staff as Premier. They whipped off my transom shower head, at risk in the freezing conditions later this week. So, all good to date.

Even with my modest tankage (certainly by MOBO standards) using one of their cards saved me almost £40! One thing to bear in mind is when you select the upper amount to fill up at the terminal, it is the price before discount.

I understand East Cowes are already fielding calls for bookings by current Premier berth holders so availability could rather more challenging this coming season.
