Anyone know when on line system for arrivals in U.K. will go live?

There have been a number of threads befire about the replacement of the paper C1331 with an online reporting system and membes of this forum have reported being involved in beta testing

the Gov.U.K. Website still has the paper system ...anyone know when the online system goes live?

even the french seem to have got theirs up and running

Been following this closely.

I fear that because of Covid travel restrictions this might not be a government priority.

You're no doubt correct and when it does go live, will no doubt be another failure. At the moment, Border Force are following up C1331s, to check Covid entry requirements have been met - 72 hr test, home tests booked, passenger locator form filled in on-line etc.

Any more info on this? It seems an extraordinary time consuming paperwork exercise.
I am planning a trip to the Bailywick of Guernsey and there is a clear, simple online registration process where you simply fill in the trip details.
IT and Government are not 2 words one usually associates in the same breath in a positive way.

The only information I have is second hand about someone who arrived back in UK via France without having Covid test, hadn't booked 2 & 8 day tests and hadn't filled in passenger locator form. Last I heard, Border Force followed up C1331 and they were in trouble but I don't know the outcome.
