Probably a 70s planning hull that became unsellable and owner had a go with a few 4x8 sheets of ply to give it this stealth or shed look... Hull lines are still clearly visible below the atrocious superstructure.

I think 'The Designer' was quite sober whilst drawing up the vessel until, as He moved forward and got 'admidships' and then probably heard His Wife was 'screwing' his best mate rolled a joint had a few g and t's etc hurried the forward end went round to his Mates to punch him on the nose!

I just did a Google Lens search of the picture you first posted. It found the boat on another website, with the name. That video came up when I googled Motor Yacht Samy.
