Anyone know what make/ builder of this boat is?

Pastiche of a N American fishing schooner. Similar boats built in Germany around 30-40 years ago and also in Taiwan for the US market. Appeal to romantic old salts, but heavy, slow, hard work to sail and maintain and well out of fashion as there are much better boats for long term sailing/liveaboards now.

Your photo shows the boat at its best. On the shore where people can see it and dream.

I would agree that the yacht in the OP's photo is most likely a Vagabond 47.
Be aware that all of the comments relating to this thread about a Nicholson 44 on Scuttlebutt would probably be equally applicable to the Vagabond, perhaps even more so.

There was also a recent thread on Scuttlebutt I think about the Nicholson 55's that are up for sale by the Joint Services for what might initially appear to be a paltry GBP 25k each.
No doubt they have been well maintained - but they will also happily try to bankrupt anybody wanting to do any extensive re-fit work on them.
Here is a link to one of them.
