Hi all, I've recently purchased a Nimbus 31 Coupe and I want to fit a new Jabsco toilet. However, I can't see how one would get to the nuts underneath the the toilet? Anyone come across this problem?

If no other way, one of these installed in the plinth the toilet sits on could provide easy access.
Just needs to be big enough to get your hand and a spanner in there.

Need a jig saw ..........then take deep breath.
Have done this on a couple of occassions to provide access to some otherwise totally impossible to reach locations.
Done properly it looks quite neat and might even have been installed by the builder in a momentry lapse of reason that people might actually need to need to repair stuff at some point after it leaves the factory.:ROFLMAO:

Are they captive bolts? Our Jabsco toilets are secured on bolts that are captive within the plinth so I have been able to remove them just by removing the nuts and not needing to get to the underside.

Hi, thanks, I was starting to think that I would have to do something along these lines. My previous boat had one already fitted.

hi, that would be ideal if they were captive, was this arrangement on a Nimbus?
