Anybody seen Fou De Bassan?

My old boat, a P 315, called Fou De Bassan.

I think the chap that bought her was based in Southampton. Just wondered if anyone had seen her, it would be nice to know.

Now that really has got me reminiscing. I really enjoyed our trips on F de B and appreciate the opportunity you gave us.

As for where she is now, then I suspect that the new owners probably changed the name and I do not recall any distinguishing external features. The recovered seats inside may give away the identity. Had you noticed the upholsterers using F de B in their adverts in PBO?

If you mean a princess 315 i think it was in ocean village sometime this year from memory.

Hi Jon,

Had the seats been recovered? When we had her the upholstery was the original Princess fabric.

How's the West Country boating? Lucky chap.

I thought you had the upholstery done. It was certainly clean and tidy and reminded me of some fabric that we had a footstool recovered in, in the late 90s. Perhaps the photo in PBO just shows a recover job!

Boating in the West Country is remarkably quiet and relaxing -a bit like life. When are you coming down?

I just re-read your first post about PBO. Did they use F de B in adverts?

As for when we come down, daughter is now at Exeter Uni, so you never know!
