hoping to get away for a day or 2 in Vega next week ,hopefully inbetween fog lifting and gales restarting.Yarmouth would be about 200 miles too far unfortunately.

Drink til you fall asleep but make sure you have 7.5 mg of zopliclone in the lat drink (half a pint of water) to keep you asleep.
Have had it bad this time but had two weeks in Aus then back via 5 days in Texas. Gets worse as I get older.
