A second-hand Zepplin is clearly the way to go. Hover over Preston, lift boat, drift out over Irish Sea on Easterly airflow, drop (lower) boat, job done.

I'm sorry but Iv lost all sympathy for this saga threads ago as she plainly doesn't give a toss for her supporters/followers. Atleast characters like Dylan keep the forum up to date with his exploits ,good or bad ,and takes critism on the chin unlike some who gathers their toys and stomps off without a word .
