For the past 15 years we have hauled out annually in Greece and either used a local antifoul paint or Hempel. The results seem comparable in terms of efficacy.
Now about to drive out to Greece and wonder if anyone has used Cu Pro in Greek waters? This antifouling paint seems to get good press for UK users?

Application is to a Bavaria 44

I used to use the local stuff the fishermen put on - was comparatively cheap back in the day compared to off the shelf recognised brands.

So did i and it was excellent stuff, however i did suspect the Brown/ Red lead looking antifoul was probably slightly illegal, but it certainly did the job better than pay through the nose modern types.;)

Yep, I used to take my own containers and buy from (someone in Athens) very cheap and very good., only one colour tho...
I'm pretty sure it was the stuff they put on the big cargo ships/tankersetc.

Not from me it won't

I've used Cu Pro in the UK and was decidedly unimpressed with both the product and SML paints attitude when I complained.

See if you can buy some Jotun "professional only" antifoul in Greece.
