Anyone do this? is it the same as aluminium i.e. must not use copper based antifouling?
comments from anyone who has antfouled stainless steel welcome

Hmm, not what I wanted to hear. Sick of mine getting completely covered with barnacles in 2 weeks so anti-fouling them (trim-tabs not barnacles) this April.

The mixed-in copper really works well keeping off the barnacles off grp, mixed 1kilo to 1litre of trilux.

The remaining metal stuff can be done at anchor with scuba and scraper in minutes every other month.

TCM

it can't be worse than not having antifoul on them. Have a look at the pic below and see if you can spot the trim tab

jeez, the trim tab is nowhere to be seen. In fact the whole boat has been eaten away to reveal a surreal sign saying "image not available" which I imagine must be what happens when something that used to be there gets eaten away?

Well that just goes to show that I can't attach an image! It was not a pretty sight anyway. If you can offer any advice I will have another go.
I have just had an email from International Paints and their advice was to abrade heavily and apply Trilux. I'll try that
