Very unlikely you will find a replacement. If its only one or two small blisters then you may be able to repair (search utube for veneer repairs). I believe the wood is Cherry but getting a match in colour will be near impossible if you have to cut out a small section and let in a small patch of veneer. It may be easier to buy a new piece of plywood with cherry veneer both sides and make a whole new top, including the strip along the back that it hinges to. Hopefully you can cut the bull-nose curved edge moulding off the damaged top to glue into the new one.
Another option is to remove the blisters, fill, and add new veneer to whole top. You must then add the same extra veneer to the underside too so as to balance the ply otherwise the top will distort.
I assume the blisters are on the top surface?
