If you are referring to the 'Traviata' it's currently anchored in 18m of water at Alpha anchorage which is over a mile SE from the Bramble Bank. It arrived early this morning.

The last one I saw was parked off Stokes Bay.
I suspect something the size of a Nimitz class aircraft carrier would get in pretty much in the way of everybody else in the same spot as the car transporter.
