I'm knew to boating and am having an engine service and antifoul. What else should be done for an annual service? My boat is a Beneteau Antares 750 powerboat.

As a minimum, look at any equipment you have on board and see what the service instructions are for it and follow them. Things like lifejackets, liferafts etc need cylinders checking, fire extinguishers / flares go out of date etc. Charts need regular updating, toilets can get stiff and new valves etc.
If your boat has a hull anode, replace if more than 1/2 worn. Ensure any engine anodes are changed
if you have a bit more time, test every thing you can to ensure it works and that it is not about to fall apart. Look carefully at things like anchors, anchor chains , mooring lines for chafe.
See if you can watch or "assist" with the engine service as knowing how to bleed it yourself or change the impellor may be vital in an emergency.
If you can, get the hull waxed and polished to prevent too much damage to the hull from oxidisation and make her look nice.
The rest is mainly cosmetic but the one thing i would probably do is flush the water system through with a good dose of puriclean / aquasol etc - leave at least over night then drain and refill
