I'd just rteturned from Holland, looking for 'that boat.Saw the add, can't remember where, jumped in the car and drove down to Falmouth (from GLasgow)arrived knackered at 0830, walked into the shed, saw the bow above me and just knew THIS was my new boat... Sailed her for the first time leaving Falmouth for the trip home. No problems with the boat, just as I knew there wouldn't be. (nothing serious anyway, the yard had put the boom on up side down which should have warned me to really check. Still, Dublin isn't a bad place to make chocks for the mast. BTW. Whoever the asshole was in Howth who chipped a lump out of my stern, I hope the same happens to your pride and joy...)
