I bought the book.
As usual, SO much better than the film.
Read 100 pages straight off.
I have probably read more sea miles than I have sailed and love reading, and this book or rather the story of this family is AMAZING.
Shipwrecked in ALASKA in WINTER. Liveaboards. They had to make the crossing from Canada to Alaska regularly to denistry work.
They left with a good forecast.
Anyway, I have never read anything like it; so powerful.
Library or Amazon or whatever. Go for it. I would be very surprised if it was not to the majority's liking. True practical sailors.
