Well - I've issued my orders to the crew ..... I should be helicoptered out to join them around 4/5 hours after the start, then I'll see how they are getting on .... before disappearing off for dinner ....

Silly question possibly. When do I get to see the start line, so I can set up my first course? If I get 'towed' to the start line one hour in advance, I can't set up a delayed command now as I don't know direction?

Looks like it starts from a fixed point to me. Follow your track back, at least that's what I did.

I missed the last proper start but as TigaWave says I think it is a fixed point. Have a look at the predicted wind direction for the start time and set a course using that information. It's probably best to aim to clear any land for the first few minutes while you get orientated. I expected the start point to be where it says '1 Alicante' in red.

yup - we all start from the same point (cosy!!) so all you have to do is set a delayed command to trigger at some point in the last hour (make it the last 1/2 hour to be safe) then sit back and wait for the start....
