As you see i was very clear re the cost and if it was DDP .
Some how I have a feeling you won't get grade A cells at that price but I may be wrong .

The advert claims grade A and new. A common experience is that adverts simply don't mention if cells are grade B or used rather than outright lie so I think you may be OK. Minimum order is ten cells but I assume you can negotiate to 8. There is said to be a massive profit on these cells so I wouldn't be entirely put off by the low cost. Also people are tending to go for 280ah so the lower capacity cells are falling in price faster, I believe.
With PayPal protection you are covered if there is obvious damage (they usually come brilliantly packed) and, as said, your final protection is to capacity test as soon as they have been balanced. Video below.
Plastic-cased will be better for a marine environment than alu-cased and the small case size is recommended by Eric of Nordkyn Design.
Will Prowse (in the video, above) did quite a lot with Calb cells so you might want to check out some of his other videos.
