Pete is right, the Quartz rendering engine in Mac is based on PDF. There is an unnecessary Adobe Acrobat reader app for the iPad but Apple's iBooks is PDF native. It's a great little app, I have all the little chartlets stored there and just replace them with new ones. As the iPad is also the plotter you navigate to the river or creek entrance then flick to the chartlet for the really local stuff, Roger's stuff is invaluable.

Tad unfair; my NtM service IS south-east coast I admit but this is based on two sound reasons - one, it is supposed to be a sort of service linked to the book (and the Thames Estuary Estuary must end somewhere - despite HM Customs claiming in court once in order to justify the exercise of their powers that Funchal, Madiera was 'off the coast of the United Kingdom') and two covering any further up the North Sea would make it too much of a burden. The Forum I do believe talks to people north of Watford.
