Air inlet diameter

Can't answer your question but intrigued why you ask.
I’m thinking of changing to a K&N filter after seeing the state of the standard filter after 60 hours. I can’t imagine the airflow is conducive to best performance through the manky current filter.

Hmmm. I change my filter at 300 hours even though it does not look too bad. What is blocking yours at 60hrs? Dirt or oil?

The previous owner had replaced the standard filter fitting with a cheapo Halfords metal mesh one which didn’t really fit well. He left the original fitting, complete with old filter, on the boat so I bought a new filter and replaced the housing. The new filter is now looking like the manky old one, dirty not oily. The K&N filters are washable so will be cheaper and hopefully less restrictive over 3 or 4 years.
