It appears there are four main concerns. Damage to person and property, interference with aviation, insurance claims and data protection (surveillance by cameras). There are plenty of vids on You Tube re high flying (phantom high flying) and spectacular crashes. Some people I know who have done the course and are now licensed are talking about GPS stabilised drones being banned unless the pilot is licenced and has CAA permission to make a flight. How on earth to police this would be interesting to see. Maybe we wait for the drone induced accident....
