Not as easy as it used to be. Just moved my 37ft out of the marina in Corfu because price in pounds has moved up to nearly what you are paying (effectively doubled in three years) Think you will find all prices have moved up, not just marinas but food etc. Only thing that is still good value is flights if you can use Easyjet or Ryanair. Some charter flights can also be good if they have empty seats.
So, don't expect lower overall costs but you will get more use as the weather is much more reliable - although can be oppressively hot in mid summer.
