Not the snappiest title but are any of you guys familiar with this volume.

It would strike me as the most complete collection of data from Yacht Club phone numbers to Safety info via GMDSS, Navtext Immarsat etc.etc.

Covers UK and the Med. It is relentless in it's depth and breath but wow is it comprehensive. Other volumes cover the Caribbean & Scandinavia.

I wonder who buys them?

Er, don't know if I dare to mention this, but there's a copy in my chart table bookshelf. Yes, it's a jolly good effort by all concerned in darkest Taunton.

Well I bought one, but its not the greatest investment I ever made. Its a leg up on the previous incarnations, but I only ever used it for getting the times of VHF weather broadcasts.

Mind you, compared to the Baltc Pilot, its a must-have....
