Most businesses have a well-organised procedure for Complaints. Few seem to have anything comparable for Compliments.
I've learned that, if you take the trouble to say 'thanks' for some exemplary service by an individual, that encourages more of the same from others.
Errors&Omissions happen. It's what happens next that counts...
So here's my tuppence worth for Exemplary Customer Service 2024 - Jimmy Green Marine.... who went the extra mile during Christmas Week.
