"semi naked" should be hyphenated as "semi-naked" to form the adjective.
"per say" should be "per se". In latin this means "through itself" or "by way of itself."
"scant disregard" is used incorrectly. It should be "scant regard". "Scant disregard" is a very clumsy way of saying the exact opposite of the meaning that the writer intends to convey.
"in respect of" is poor: use "with repect to"
"alternate" is used incorrectly, and would mean that there to be only two possible photographs. The word to use here is "different".
