Maybe I didn't understand the question!
Dear All,
While not making any promises, I might be able to help with speaking programmes. I have worked for 30-odd years on Antarctica, and can speak (hopefully interestingly) on many aspects of Antarctic and Arctic geography and environmental sciences, the history of exploration of Antarctica and much besides. I can also speak on other topics in the general field of environmental sciences.
I somehow doubt if my theological abilities will find much of a market here! But you never know: "Some went out on the sea in ships; they were merchants on the mighty waters. They saw the works of the LORD, his wonderful deeds in the deep." (Psalm 107)
I am a very practised public speaker, and can illustrate my talks.
Of course, I'd expect at least travel expenses - I live near Cambridge. Anything over that would help pay the marina fees!
