Merry Christmas Paul. Can't quite see the lights of Portishead from Penarth but know what you mean about the boats dressing up with fairy lights. Penarth Marina are running a competition for the best dressed boat and will even donate a £5 electric card card for all that enter - don't think we will win this year ! Sounds like moving from the river was the right move for you & us too. Quay Marinas seem to get it just about right in making new customers feel very welcome.

We look forward to seeing you out and about when the weather warms early next year.

Rafiki is an Azimut 39, the one with the burgundy covers. No idea what pontoon she is on, as it is always dark when I get there.
