My early boating days were spent on the waterways of East Anglia. Having not returned since about 1998, last weekend we hired a day boat from the Pike and Eel at Needlingworth and had a trip through St Ives and back. In sixteen odd years since our last visit it really had not changed much at all. On Sunday we ventured to the pub 'Five Miles from Anywhere' which is out in the middle of no where and it was doing massive trade. I attach a few images of the River Great Ouse
