A strange sight off Walton today

It's Flyboarding, but it takes its water supply from a separate outlet so the jetski is still maneuverable.

Thanks for the correction and the link. Seems even more alarming with the possibility that the other end of the hose may choose to drive off at a great rate of knots. I'm afraid I still prefer the name water pogo, even if it's wrong.

Do the small jets attached to your wrists, shown in the vid you linked, make ot easier? I noticed that the world champ in Corsica in a subsequent U-tube managed without, quite breathtaking. And I thought kite surfing was near miraculous! I must try harder to keep up to date.

The local sailing school and dinghy hire next to our marina offer Flyboarding ( http://www.tierraymar.net/ ) without the wrist attachments. I chose that clip as its a bit more technical and therefore might be more interesting.
