I've moved the supply from mine to the SSB take off and all is well now.

Anyway, what do you want that connected for, you don't drink water?

Topsides is hull above the waterline up to the deck to me...

Above that it's deck/coachroof/cockpit/coamings etc

It is a child catching fender arrangement - I always rig a long line bridle off the aft cleats with a frnder on so they (or anyone who falls off, or passing swimmers caught out) have something to grab onto! The East head tide can be a little brisk!

Ah, hadn't thought of that - we are not into swimming in this country any more. Nor falling off if we can help it !

Will remember it for the future though, just in case.

Its a standard arrangement at EH - as it shelves rather steeply the water does try to whisk you out rather quickly ...
I've seen other ways where a loop of line is let out and the kids can swim within it, anyway to make it safer for them really - and a fender is a great float if you just want to laze around getting cooler for a bit... []
