This design article about the Sea Hawk was in the September 1970 issue of Yachting World (cover price 4 shillings then).

They note that a complete Sea Hawk then would cost less than one of Jacaranda's genoas.......

Lakesailor was probably designed and built in the 1940's.

Thanks for that, it appears on the Seahawk website but it seems to be the genoa it's being compared to, not a gonad. (Ah, that's better, got me glasses on now.)

BTW. Lakesailor is a Child of the Fifties. Can't go wishing our lives away..
