A little summer 2020 East coast cruise

Many thanks for your comments and I am glad you liked it, wasn't sure whether to post it or not.

Let's hope we can have an even better summer next year.

I enjoyed the film, which was just the right length. I was just a little concerned that the drone may have been near the nature reserve. I know that Skipper's Island is a reserve, but I don't know how far this extends, and would hope that drones don't start to intrude on these places without control.

Yea well, Natural Nature and Mankinds involvement eh ?

Well as I understand it some of the best Nature Reserves are on Military Grounds where Shells are fire overhead, Tanks run riot over them, but normal mankind keeps off it ?

If so whats a drone gona do, eh ?

That would be for the wardens to answer. I just thought it should be considered.

You are very welcome Stoursailor. I use a DJI Mavic Pro which is not available now.

But CAA regulations are changing at the end of the year, so probably best to wait for the new CE declaration of conformity drones which will be suitable with the new legislation.

None are available yet, but rumour has it that the DJI Mavic Air 2 will be released with CE marking, hopefully first quarter next year.

Best also to investigate the new straightforward test and registration you need, plus possible 'A2 Certificate of Competency' and insurance etc.

As I understand it, all present drones have a two-year grace period, then they will be further restricted.
